Hair removal creams or depilatories, are rubbed onto the target area and contain a chemical mixture that dissolves the hair pretty much at the surface of the skin. Then you can literally just wipe or wash the hair away. I think they are a great idea for young girls who want to remove hair from their legs or armpits but perhaps aren't ready to handle a razor.
I understand, however, that there are many young girls who have by passed the shaving step and have gone right to the laser hair removal process. I guess I'm a bit behind on the times. Nonetheless, the hair removal creams are painless and inexpensive but short lived having to be repeated every couple of days.
